NVWE Notes: This wine is densely rich and focused to the nose, where peach pit, apple skin, green plum, white pepper, coriander seed and hints of chamomile and white rose are layered above a rich core of chalky minerality. Even richer flavors of green plum, peach pit, apple skin, cantaloupe, white rose, coriander seed and white pepper fan-out on the palate, where the mineral notes are mostly submerged by fruit density. The finish is long, focused, tongue-coating and piquantly zesty, creating a tantalizing mix of flavor and refreshment that should prove brilliantly food-balanced. 225 cases produced.
