Jason Moulton's 2021 Napa Cabernet blends 96% Cabernet Sauvignon with 2% Merlot, 1% Malbec, and 1% Petit Verdot and was aged 20 months in 50% new French oak barrels. Bottled, unfined and unfiltered. It's a solid Cabernet for the vintage, with classic notes of Bing cherry, graphite, and new wood cedar. Medium to full-bodied with ample concentration of plush, dark fruit, tinged with mulled spices and finishes with sagebrush and crushed stone mineral notes. Drinking Window: 2024 - 2034.
