The 2020 Leonardini Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a single vineyard on the western side of St. Helena resting on a gravelly, alluvial fan. Clone 4 Cabernet is aged in 80% new French oak barrels for 26 months, bottled unfined and unfiltered. Muscular, with brawny black fruits and rich toasted cedar aromas. Full-bodied with rich fruit-forward notes of boysenberry, kirsch, and sagebrush with cast-iron pan minerality and dried rose petals on a lengthy finish.
