It is sleek, racy and cutting crisp on the palate, but brings plenty of flavor and its lingering notes of melon, Meyer lemon, green gage plum, jasmine, white pepper and lychee linger through a long, dinner worthy finish that is rich yet chalky dry and just a hint saline.
