Creamy and complex, the nose of this wine melds scents of jasmine, honeysuckle, fresh pear, white peach and an undercurrent of key lime into a rich harmony. Fresh lime flavors are more prominent in the mouth, where others of citric zest, star fruit and white pepper are also layered in. The whole package carries through a lingering finish, and the wine should prove as fine a companion to stuffed holiday turkey as it will to Thai curries.
