This is a lovely Rosé, with charm and fine varietal accuracy. The nose is an elegant, forthcoming medley of fresh raspberry, red cherry and pink peppercorn scents, supported by suggestions of nectarine, sumac berry and apricot pit. It proves as bright and easy to enjoy as expected on the palate, where the focused red berry, nectarine and peppercorn fruits take center stage and all the spice notes are appealingly on display. The finish is long and ideally dry, and teamed with the delicious flavors it makes for a truly versatile dinner wine. 549 cases produced.
