Matured in stainless steel and with no malolactic fermentation, this bottling is always an expression of its vineyard and distinctive Chardonnay clone and the 2024 continues that pattern. The nose is vibrantly bright and forthcoming, with scents of lime, passion fruit, lychee, fresh apple, greengage plum and flowers poised above a rich, earthy-minerally undercurrent. It is fleshy, but just as brightly fruity and earthy on the palate, where citric expressions dominate, but without eclipsing the developing stone fruit. The finish is notably long, impressively rich, vibrantly refreshing and eminently food-worthy. This wine is already delicious and will certainly remain so for several years. 378 cases produced.
