The aromas of this gutsy young Cabernet unfold as a mix of black raspberry, black currant, dark cherry, mineral, violet, clove, cedar, licorice root and dark foresty spice. It is firm, juicy and rather gripping on the palate, where minerality, foresty spice and hazelnut husk firm and add to the gutsy impression. Long and a bit gripping, it is 2-3 years from showing all it has to show, but will be a fine companion to grilled steak right now.
