Ingelnook's 2021 Sauvignon Blanc includes a small addition of Semillon (6%). This Napa Valley white is bright, clean, and zesty, with citrus and wild herbs on a nose that leans in with tremendous energy. The racy palate acidity has a lime-zest quality to it, and this light-to-medium-bodied white has just a touch of richness from about 15% of new oak ageing. Otherwise, it's laser-focused with crisp tension and stony minerals that round out a lengthy finish of nuanced spring flowers. Drinking Window: 2024 - 2032.  Jonathan Cristaldi 27 Feb 2024
