This very attractive Nebbiolo - Barbara blend offers a spicy, forthcoming, harmonious nose of strawberry, cranberry, red rose, mace, rattan, tomato stem and pink peppercorn scents. In the mouth it is attractively gripping while offering a sweet-natured medley dominated by fruit and spice flavors that parallel the aromas. Although quite attractive right now, with genteel, lingering flavors and food-worthy style, its balance and intensity suggests another two years of steady evolution is likely.
