Rich honey and baked apple aromas dominate the nose of this fine and age-worthy Chardonnay, while toasted hazelnut and emerging stone fruit scents appear in support. It is youthfully firm on the mid-palate, where peach, apple, honey, and a hint of lemon peel are all forthcoming. It lingers with fine dinner balance and should easily improve for another year or two. When served now, it should find great harmony with richer fish and fowl entrées. 175 cases produced.
