Showcasing fruity, floral and savory contrasts, the nose of this subtly complex Rosé centers on aromas of bottled red cherry, watermelon and strawberry supported by undercurrents of pink rose, white pepper and a hint of mace. It is fully dry on the palate and deftly dinner balanced, with an extremely long finish that reprises the aromas but with a bit more intensity. This Rosé will stand up to flavorful cuisine and could prove a great companion to dry rubbed pork chops served with Spanish rice. It is ready to enjoy now, yet could gain in complexity over the next year. 310 cases produced.
