This is clearly the most gorgeous Cabernet ever from Bedrock and it is notably underpriced. The nose is fruit-packed and is focused on purple plum compote, blackberry coulis, pomegranate syrup, blueberry, violet, licorice root, oil-cured black olive and dark forest spice scents: all in a harmony that will grow progressively more lovely with more cellar-time. There is impressively polished tannin and ideal fruit zest to support delicious flavors that are a slightly coiled replica of everything that the aromas promise. Through day two of airing, these flavors linger impressively, showing fine intensity, clarity and charm. This already lovely Cab could also prove surprisingly long-lived. 1500 cases produced.
