A fine combination of richness and vibrant freshness, the nose of this energetic bottling offers aromas of lemon, lime, lemon grass and a hint of parsley all poised above a deeper core of yellow peach. Somewhat creamy flavors of peach, honeydew melon and dried mango take center-stage on the palate, where the citric zest and spice notes have a supporting role. The finish lingers nicely and the richness suggests best service will be with richly-sauced fish or fowl, or perhaps saucy Italian Sweetbreads. 200 cases produced.
